SECTION 01

Custom & OEM

Q.01What is the difference between OEM, ODM, and private label?
Private label starts from an existing watch model and adds your branding. OEM follows your supplied designs or technical specifications. ODM involves collaborative design and development to create a watch aligned with your concept and market.
Q.02Can I customize my watch logo and branding?
Yes. Depending on the model and materials, branding options can include dial printing, caseback engraving, crown and clasp details, and custom packaging. Share your artwork so we can review suitable methods.
Q.03Can Shant help design a watch from an initial idea?
We can discuss concepts, reference images, dimensions, movements, dial layouts, finishes and packaging. The development scope is confirmed after reviewing your brief and technical requirements.
SECTION 02

Pricing & MOQ

Q.01What is the minimum order quantity for custom watches?
Minimum order quantities vary by design, movement, tooling, components and decoration requirements. Some customization projects may start from 50 pieces; please confirm the MOQ for your specific watch design.
Q.02How is custom watch manufacturing priced?
Pricing depends on factors such as movement type, case material, dial complexity, strap choice, custom tooling, quantity and packaging. Share your specifications and target quantity for a tailored quotation.
Q.03Can larger order quantities reduce the unit cost?
In many cases, larger orders can spread setup and tooling costs over more units and improve component purchasing efficiency. The actual price tiers depend on the finalized specification.
SECTION 03

Manufacturing & quality

Q.01How long does sampling and bulk production take?
Lead time depends on design complexity, component availability, sample revisions and order volume. We will provide an estimated schedule after the design details are confirmed.
Q.02What quality checks can be arranged for my watches?
Inspection plans may include visual checks, movement performance, assembly fit and water-resistance testing where applicable. Test methods and acceptance standards should be agreed for each project before production.
Q.03Can you keep my custom designs confidential?
We understand that drawings, artwork and product concepts can be commercially sensitive. Please discuss confidentiality requirements and any NDA terms with our team before submitting proprietary designs.
SECTION 04

After-sales & repeat orders

Q.01Is a warranty available for custom watches?
Warranty scope, duration and exclusions are confirmed with the product specification and commercial agreement. Contact us to discuss terms appropriate for your model and order.
Q.02What if I find a manufacturing issue after delivery?
Contact our team with the order reference, photographs or videos and a clear description of the issue. We will review the case and the agreed inspection and after-sales terms to determine the appropriate resolution.
Q.03Can spare parts be supplied for future repairs?
Depending on the movement, watch construction and component availability, spare parts may be arranged during or after manufacturing. Tell us which components and quantities you may need.
Q.04Can I reorder the same watch design later?
Repeat orders can be planned using the approved specifications and any available tooling or retained component records. Availability, minimum quantities and current pricing are reconfirmed before each new production run.
SECTION 05

Shipping & getting started

Q.01Do you support international orders?
Shant works with watch brands and business buyers serving international markets. Shipping methods, destinations, export documentation and delivery terms should be confirmed during quotation.
Q.02Can you help with product testing and compliance documents?
Applicable testing and documentation depend on the product, materials, movement and destination market. Let us know your market requirements so the relevant options can be reviewed before production.
Q.03What should I provide to request a quotation?
You can start with a sketch or reference photo, watch type, preferred movement, case size, dial design, strap material, logo requirements, packaging needs, estimated quantity and target delivery window.
